Script Submission Guidelines

The following guidelines may help you in preparing your script for posting on the No Shame Web Library.

Remember, your script will be formatted exactly as you wish it to appear. However, if you do not specify any formatting, the Web Library defaults will be used. (So be sure to send a script that looks exactly the way you want it.)
Keep in mind that you may not have the same wordprocessing software as our webmaster. This may cause some of your special effects (such as underlining or italics) to be lost in transmission.

For BEST results, you should always send HTML files:
- Open your script using any wordprocessor.
- Under the "FILE" menu, choose "SAVE AS..."
- In the next window, there should be an option to "save as HTML".
(All internet web pages are written in HTML, so converting your script to HTML before sending will guarantee that the finished web page appears EXACTLY as you intended it.)
SEND YOUR FILE as an attachment to an email addressed to: NoShTh@aol.com

(Alternatively, you can put your web pages up on your own web site, if you have one, and then simply email the URL to NoShTh@aol.com.)

Also, a footer will be added to your page which includes the original performance dates and buttons linking back to the No Shame Library and so on.

Please let us know when your piece was originally performed, as it will save us time in tracking it down and linking it to the rest of the site.
Please include information about the original cast, if you can, as actors deserve credit, too.
