ADAM: The other day, I was driving home from someplace and I thought of something really funny, and painfully ironic, involving my car, my mother and a truck-load of poorly decapitated Beanie Babies.

[Pause, almost imperceptible change in tone.]

And, quite unexpectedly, it made me sad, because it reminded me of you.
