Loud in Head

Performed by Eric C. Johnson, and Seán Judge with Aaron Cain as the Chicken Man

Two performers, dressed similarly. Backstage, a guy wearing a chicken mask and shoes on his hands waits.

I have rage. (pose)

The reason I like eating cornnuts is because it's like eating human teeth.

Kill all rapists!

Rape all killers!

It's a very delicate balance.

If a guy wearing a chicken mask and shoes on his hands were to come out here and walk around--

Yes?

It would be a very theatrical moment.

Hmm.

I have fear. (pose)

One time when I was in New York City, I was walking down the street and this guy came up to me and just started yelling at me.
"hoblablabadobbabommbagoomba!" He wouldn't stop so I just had to walk away.

Hi. My name is Bill and I am conscious. I mean- My name is Steve? No! My name is Bill!

If a guy wearing a chicken mask and shoes on his hands were to come out here and walk around--

Yes?

It would be a very theatrical moment.

What exactly do you mean by theatrical?

I'm not exactly sure.

Hmm.

I have pain. (pose)

My friend Bob has a large ball of wadded up tape that he calls, "Pod." He keeps it in the back seat of his car and if you touch it, he'll get angry.

The thing I like about the theatre is that since everybody shares a very basic common love, everybody is very nice and supportive of each other.

Nice shoes, faggot.

Oh.

If a guy wearing a chicken mask and shoes on his hands were to come out here and walk around--

Yes?

It would be a very theatrical moment.

What exactly do you mean by theatrical?

I'm not exactly sure.

Do you mean that, seeing as how it's now been brought it up three times, it would be a nice cap to the piece, knotting off a loose end and making everyone feel as if something meaningful has occurred?

Yes.

The guy wearing a chicken mask and shoes on his hands DOES NOT come out and walk around.

Blackout.
