No Shame in Miami begins Thursday, January 9th, 2003 at the Pelican's Nest Shows will be every Thursday at 8:30. Sign up for the order at 7:30.
Announcer...C.J.[We used four scripts from the FAK on Jan. 9 - Todd Ristau: "The Bench" and "Monster Truck" James Horak and Nick Clark "In Agreement" Howard Zimmerle "The Speech" We butchered "Monster Truck" but "The Bench" won for best performance. "In Agreement" was okay but ended up feeling like a whodunit. "The Speech" went over well, but we cut the actresses from 4 to 2. Thanks...it truly was the good, the bad, and the ugly. --DD]1) David Duncan - Cavernicola

No Shame Theatre is the brainchild of Todd Ristau and Jeff Goode. Jeff currently works in television and scripted the pilot for MTVs Undressed, now in its sixth season. (Cancelled after 7???) Todd Ristau has had his work produced around the world, including London's exclusive West End.
Prizes have been broken down in this format:
$100 Best Written work
50% of your score: Style and format, add stage directions. Call for format if unfamiliar with plays written to be immediately acted out on stage. Stage directions are not usually included in a play, so keep direction to the bare minimum. No Shame pieces, already produced, are not eligible.
$100 Best Production
All the actors knew their lines, all the props were there, and nobody tripped. Everybody, as a group, is eligible for this one.
$50 Best Performer
By applause. Step up and declare yourself eligible.
