• If President Bush has no problem speaking before millions of people about ''nook-you-ler'' weapons, why should you shy away from releasing your inner actor in front of a relative handful? No Shame Theatre, a national nonprofit theater group that started in the back of a pickup truck, is attempting to set root in South Florida, and beginning Thursdays anyone who wants to be on stage, from beginners to pros (or anyone who wants to watch what they do in resulting short skits) can show up at the Pelican's Nest in Cutler Ridge. Writers are also welcome. But it's not open-mic: There's a script to follow. Get in touch with the master thespian within every Thursday beginning Jan. 9 at Pelican's Nest, 10432 SW 186th St., Cutler Ridge. It's free and starts at 8:30 p.m..
